The size of the bottle. For example, 750ml or 1.5 liters.

The type of wine. For example, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, etc.
Production Code*:
The production code is found on bottle either at the neck of the bottle or just below the label. It starts with a letter followed by numbers. EX: LM2440501 12:24. If you can't find the code please just type 'NA' here. Please keep the bottle as we may want to retrieve it for analysis.
